— Veteran-Specific Services

Every service, no cost, built for veterans.

Housing placement, VA benefits filing, and peer connections — all run in parallel from day one. No paperwork gatekeeping, no waiting list for the next step.

What happens when you call us

Housing Placement

VA Benefits Navigation

Peer Support & Employment

Transitional and permanent supportive housing matched to your VA eligibility, income level, and location — placed at no cost, with a case manager alongside you throughout.

Our staff file benefits claims and appeals while you stabilize — not after. VA-connected pathways mean your compensation, healthcare, and housing vouchers move on the same timeline.

Peer mentorship and employment pathway connections begin at intake — not as a graduation requirement. Veterans who have been through the program guide you from the first week.

Same-day needs assessment

Placement and ongoing support

A case manager maps your housing need, existing VA record, and any active benefits. Housing placement and benefits work begin on the same day — not sequentially.

Reach our intake line or any partner VA office. A staff member answers directly — no automated queue, no referral form before you speak to a person.

Once placed, your case manager stays active — peer mentorship begins, employment pathways open, and benefits appeals continue until they resolve.

+ Who Qualifies

Any veteran without stable housing

Ready to connect a veteran?

Start an intake call or submit a referral. No forms before the first conversation.

If you served — any branch, any era, any discharge status — and you lack stable housing today, you qualify for an intake conversation. We determine eligibility together; you do not screen yourself out.

Case managers and VA social workers can submit referrals directly. We respond within one business day and confirm placement capacity before the veteran arrives.
