4-hour orientation covering VA system basics and resident privacy protocols.

Weekly 2–4 hour scheduled commitments with a staff supervisor on-site.

Case-management volunteers complete a structured orientation before any resident contact. You are matched to a defined role — intake support, benefits paperwork, or housing search — not general errands.
